Walking! (kind of...)

Papa is teaching Baby Alex to walk. It's SO funny!

Baby Alex is now almost 9 months old. He's growing up way too fast....which is such a cliche, but so true. He's now crawling - real crawling on hands and knees. He just got his first upper tooth this weekend (after a whole week of not sleeping through the night. argh)

Here's an example of my attempt at being a better mom than I am person....Baby Alex with a dog! Our friends John and Michael gave him his first exposure to a dog and he loved it! He kept crawling around the floor in hot pursuit of poor Porter, who really just wanted to be left alone with his bone....

Bathtime! He loves water. We're planning on signing up for swim lessons this summer.

Baby Alex was very well behaved at a recent dinner party. Here he is with our friends Jason and Laurent. He was up way past his bedtime, but as long as he was getting attention he was happy!

Family Reunion - Oceanside April 2009

We had a Larson Family Reunion last weekend. It coincided with Grandpa's half Ironman in Oceanside. He's doing the full Ironman in Tempe, AZ later this year. (he's crazy, but we're all very proud of him). Here's the baby with his Iron-Grandpa....

Baby Alex was in heaven with so many people to give him attention.

He went swimming with Uncle Seth and Aunt Ruthie...
